What is GOOD? A seemingly simple question, but often difficult to answer.

Throughout my career, I have been focused on helping organizations of different purposes, industries, and sizes answer this question - getting to the core of their business problems and daily challenges.

Through cross-functional line management positions and as a result of my training and previous consulting role, I have developed a thorough understanding of personal + organizational interrelations in a company organization.

This knowledge, paired with my dependability, analytical, and influencing skills, equips me with the expertise and tools required to create value for clients, to lead teams with empathy, and to drive an organization towards achieving its goals.

"To Know the Causes of Things" was already the mantra of my Alma Mater, the London School of Economics.
In today's VUCA* world, asking the right questions and making sense of the (often abundant) data are integral to pivoting to the next level.
Build buy-in.
I use a human-centric approach to business, understanding people's needs. Proactive listening + consistent communication are key to creating strong buy-in and intrinsic motivation. In the end, it's all about people taking charge of solving today's challenges.

Too often, organizations do not walk the talk and waste time and money on non-value adding activities.
